JAMIE SNG
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
CENTRE MANAGER
Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy)
AHPC Registration Number: A1600359Z
Jamie is a highly dedicated and passionate pediatric Occupational Therapist. She graduated with an Occupational Therapy degree from Curtin University in 2016. She was a healthcare scholar with the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) and is fully registered with the Allied Health Professional Council.
Jamie has extensive pediatric experience across hospitals, preschools, early intervention centres, international schools, and private clinics. She works with children and adolescents aged 0–18 with a wide range of developmental needs, with a strong focus on early intervention.
She has a particular interest and experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, and sensory processing differences.
Jamie believes that children learn and thrive best through movement, play, and meaningful connection. She takes a family-centred, child-led, and relationship-based approach, working closely with caregivers to support progress beyond therapy sessions.
A core belief in Jamie’s practice is that parents are whole, capable, and resourceful. She values parents as key partners in the therapeutic process and places strong emphasis on parent coaching, empowering caregivers with the tools and confidence to support their child’s development in everyday life. Rather than positioning the therapist as the sole “expert,” she sees therapy as a collaborative process where families bring essential knowledge and strengths.
Known for her warm and cheerful nature, Jamie builds rapport with children quickly, creating a safe and engaging space where they feel comfortable to explore, participate, and grow.
Jamie also has a strong interest in clinical supervision and is passionate about nurturing the junior clinicians. In her personal life, Jamie enjoys sporting activities like ultimate frisbee, snowboarding and hiking.
