COUNSELLOR
Master in Counselling
Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

With a background in education and a Master’s in Counselling, Masyitah brings a grounded, empathic presence to her work with adults navigating life’s complex emotional terrain. While newer in her formal counselling journey, she is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals as they make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and grow through the seasons of life.
Masyitah’s approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative. She believes that every person holds within them the wisdom and capacity for change—and that healing begins in spaces where we feel safe to show up as we are. Whether supporting parents, educators, or other adults in transition, her focus is on building insight, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices and informed by her background in counselling. She is especially drawn to issues of self-worth, stress, emotional regulation, and the quiet inner work of becoming—especially for those who care for others.
Masyitah continues to grow her practice with curiosity, humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to begin. She sees it as a privilege to be part of someone’s journey back to wholeness.
