Centre administrator

We are looking for a strong and passionate Centre Administrator / Receptionist who enjoys delivering client-centered and family-centered care,  and works well in a team (Full time/Part time/Casual position). 

 

Responsibilities (Centre Administrator) 

  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for our paediatric therapy clinic

  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met 

  • Handle daily transactions and client invoices promptly

  • Manage inventory and supplies

  • Help new staff settle in and support therapists with administrative tasks

Responsibilities (Receptionist) 

  • Respond to enquiries via Whatsapp, email, and Wix

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally 

  • Coordinate appointments for new and existing clients

 

Requirements 

  • Friendly and engaging personality, especially with children and families 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented environment 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
