Centre administrator

We are looking for a strong and passionate Centre Administrator / Receptionist who enjoys delivering client-centered and family-centered care, and works well in a team (Full time/Part time/Casual position).
Responsibilities (Centre Administrator)

Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for our paediatric therapy clinic
-
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
-
Handle daily transactions and client invoices promptly
-
Manage inventory and supplies
-
Help new staff settle in and support therapists with administrative tasks

Responsibilities (Receptionist)

Respond to enquiries via Whatsapp, email, and Wix
-
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally

Coordinate appointments for new and existing clients
Requirements
-
Friendly and engaging personality, especially with children and families

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented environment

Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
